Welcome to Hair Try-On. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) and form a binding agreement between you and Hair Try-On (“we”, “us”, “our”).
For the purposes of these Terms, “Content” refers to images, videos, text, or other materials uploaded to or generated through the Service. “Input” means the photos and prompts you provide. “Output” means the AI-generated images or videos produced by the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Hair Try-On provides an AI-powered “hair try-on” experience. The Service allows you to upload a photo and generate hairstyle previews (and, where available, short try-on videos) that edit only the hair while aiming to keep the person’s identity and other details the same.
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Our Service allows you to upload photos of people. You are responsible for the Input you upload and how you use any Output.
By uploading Input or using the Service, you represent and warrant:
License: You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your Input and Output solely to operate, troubleshoot, protect, and provide the Service.
The Service uses automated systems to generate Output. Output may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you share or use it.
Resemblance: Output is generated from your Input and may coincidentally resemble real people, hairstyles, or copyrighted works. Any resemblance to other individuals is unintentional and not an endorsement or representation by Hair Try-On.
We may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, or credit-based usage. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and any usage limits associated with your selection.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. We may change our prices from time to time; changes apply prospectively.
The Service (excluding your Input) and its features and functionality are owned byHair Try-On and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
As between you and Hair Try-On, you retain any rights you have in your Input. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use Output you receive from the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Output complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hair Try-On and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
